Fatal crash Te Anau - Milford Highway
One person has died following a crash on SH 94, Te Anau.
Police were called to the single vehicle crash where a car hit a tree at 12.42am.
The sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene.
One lane of the road is open and delays are expected in the area this morning while the scene is cleared.
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
