"Charge laid following Invercargill fire"
At approximately 2am this morning emergency services were called to a fire at 50 Balmoral Drive, Invercargill.
The address is the Road Knight Motorcycle Club’s Headquarters.
A fire at the rear of the address caused a moderate amount of damage to the building.
As a result of enquiries by Police a 29-year-old man has been charged with Arson and other domestic-related offences.
He is due to appear in the Invercargill District Court tomorrow, Tuesday 27 February.
Police are continuing to investigate the case.
