Incident in Whangarei
Police continue to be present at an address on McMillan Av, Kamo, Whangarei.
Police were called to a house at 1.13pm.
One person is deceased and another person has been taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Although Police are in the very early stages of an investigation, there is not thought to be any ongoing threat to the
public and Police are not currently seeking anyone else in connection with the incident.
The public will continue to see Police activity and cordons in place around the area.
