Emergency Closure of the State Highway 16 (SH16) Newton Road Eastbound offramp - Wednesday night, 27 September 2017
The NZ Transport Agency advises motorists that State Highway 16 (SH16) Newton Road Eastbound offramp, will be closed tonight, Wednesday, 27 September 2017, for urgent repairs to a damaged guardrail.
The work will be carried out between 9pm and 5am when traffic flows are lightest.
The Transport Agency asks motorists to take extra care while this urgent repair work is carried out.
