Serious crash on Southern Motorway at Ellerslie
Police and emergency services are in attendance at a serious crash in the northbound lane on the Southern Motorway in
Auckland, near Ellerslie.
Police were called at 9:40pm after a man, who appeared to be attending to his broken down car, was hit by another
vehicle.
The man has been transported to hospital in a serious condition.
The northbound lanes are closed at Ellerslie and diversions are in place while the Serious Crash Unit is on the scene.
