"Crash on Southern Motorway, Auckland City"
Police are advising motorists that will be delays on the Southern Motorway after a crash this afternoon.
Emergency services were called at approximately 12.54pm after a vehicle hit the barrier arm and crashed on SH1,
northbound just past the Greenlane onramp.
The driver has moderate injuries and has been taken to Auckland Hospital.
There is three lanes open but this will still cause delays.
Police are working quickly to clear the motorway and hope this will be done within the next half an hour.
