Overdue boat in Catlins - Update 3
Southland Police and SAR teams will continue their search for Whetuki Sam Kopua and Matekino Lucy Burling in the Catlins
area.
A similar search effort to yesterday will again be searching the water and land area along the coast, with approximately
50-60 people on the water, ground and in the air on a fixed wing aircraft if conditions allow.
Police are monitoring the weather conditions, however the forecast is due to deteriate throughout the day.
If this does occur, the water and air searches will be called off, but the land search will continue.
