Auckland City Mission Calling for Runners to Join Their 2015 Ports of Auckland Round the Bays Team

10 places Gold Charity entries left
30 runners have joined the Mission Team to date
$25,000 fundraising goal to provide essential services for Aucklanders living in desperate need.

Both the Auckland City Mission and the Round the Bays are iconic Auckland institutions, so what better way to support your community than by joining The Auckland City Mission Running Team and raising crucial funds for the Missions essential social services.

The Ports of Auckland Round the Bays takes place on Sunday, 8 March 2015, and the City Mission has 10 Gold Entries left for people who would like to run for the Mission Team.

According to Auckland City Missioner Ms Robertson, interest is high and she urges people to register as soon as possible. Becoming a Gold Charity Entry Runner involves committing to raise a minimum of $1000, towards the Mission’s work. This can be achieved by hosting fundraising events like raffles and mufti days.

People who have already registered for this year’s Ports of Auckland Round the Bays are welcome to join the City Mission Team to help the Mission reach its fundraising target. You simply determine your fundraising target and set about raising the funds. Company teams are also welcome to join.
