Man granted bail following court appearance

A 49 year Waikato old man appeared in Rotorua court Wednesday morning charged with four counts of distributing objectionable material.
He was granted name suppression and released on bail with strict conditions.
The man was arrested and subsequently charged late Tuesday night by Police.
As the matter is before the courts and is a complex and sensitive on-going investigation, Police will not be commenting further.
