Wellington Police seek identical twin missing front teeth

Wellington Police are appealing for any sightings or information about the whereabouts of Dennis Arthur TE PANIA, 40, following a family violence incident at a residential address in Newtown on 24 July 2014.
The victim required surgery for the injuries she sustained in the attack and Police wish to speak to TE PANIA as soon as possible. It is believed TE PANIA is actively avoiding Police with the help of gang associates and Police are seeking the public's assistance to locate him.
TE PANIA is required to arrest and is known to carry weapons so should not be approached. Members of the public should be aware the TE PANIA is an identical twin and that the distinguishing feature between the pair is that Dennis does not have his front teeth. He is described as Maori male of thin build and approximately 165 cms tall.
