Christchurch Dairy Robbery
Canterbury, 9 July 2014 - At about 5.40pm on Tuesday 8 July 2014 a male armed with a handgun entered the Featherstone Dairy, corner of Harewood Road and Harris Crescent; and demanded cash from the sole shopkeeper. The male became startled and left without any cash or other items. He decamped on foot, last seen heading west on Harris Crescent.
The offender was described as a Caucasian male, wearing grey track pants, black ‘Element’ hoodie with a blue t-shirt underneath, black balaclava and black gloves. He was carrying a black and red back pack. (View images here).
The firearm was described as a black single barrelled handgun.
