CQ Hotels Wellington presents Wi-Fi incentive to its guests
CQ Hotels Wellington has announced it will be offering guests complimentary Wi-Fi across the entire complex from today.
The hotel, located in the heart of vibrant Cuba Street, is one of very few hotels in the Capital to offer free Wi-Fi across the entire complex (public spaces and rooms).
“The rise in popularity of smart phones and Wi-Fi enabled devices means that consumers want to be able to get online anywhere. Demand for Wi-Fi in hotels is rising and we believe offering our guests access to free, fast, and one-click to connect Wi-Fi is a long-term investment in customer loyalty.” said Olivier Lacoua, General Manager for CQ Hotels Wellington.
The multi-award winning hotel has a strong focus on keeping up with the latest technology and creating a more sustainable hotel. It has added iPad tablets to ten of its deluxe rooms, replacing the traditional paper hotel compendium. The hotel is also one of just two Wellington hotels to offer a tablet compendium. They are planning to extend this offering to more Quality Hotel rooms in the coming months.
“We believe technology will continue to play a key part in differentiating the discerning hotel guest’s experience and so investment in this area is crucial.” said Mr Lacoua.
