Murder accused in Court today
The man allegedly killed in a Merton Rd, Glen Innes address on Friday April 4 was 77 year-old Roy Eric Lowe.
The man accused of his murder, a 70 year-old local resident, will appear in the Auckland District Court today to face the charge.
The scene examination will continue today and it is hoped it will be completed sometime tomorrow.
