Acton Road, Rakaia Fatal pedestrian v car
At about 11pm on Saturday 5th April 2014 an 18 year old male has been struck by a car on Action Road, Rakaia.
The vehicle has stopped and emergency services have been called but the male has died at the scene.
The scene was examined by the Serious Crash unit and the circumstances surrounding the male being struck are still being
investigated.
The name of the deceased will be released once next-of-kin have been advised.
