Theft from vehicles in Christchurch
Police would like to advise members of the public of an increase in thefts from vehicles in the city, including the targeting of vehicles which are locked and parked up driveways.
Offenders appear to be paying particular attention to work vehicles, targeting tools and related work items.
The thefts are occurring in the late evening/early morning, any persons who observe any suspicious activity are asked to notify police straight away.
