Bomb threat in Wellington
Wellington, 5 March 2014 - Emergency Services are currently dealing with a bomb threat at the Bolton Hotel in Bolton
Street, Wellington.
At 12.45pm a person has rung the Bolton Hotel informing staff that a bomb had been planted in the building.
The hotel has been evacuated while the building is searched by the Police Specialist Search Team and an Explosives Dog.
Several streets in the immediate area have been closed while the incident is being dealt with.
A further media release will be made by Wellington Police once the incident has concluded.
