Car Vs Car serious crash.
A two car crash on SH1 Motutere Taupo has blocked the highway. Early information is that 2 people were trapped but have
been extracted with all emergency services in attendance, as is the police serious crash unit. Two rescue helicopters
have been called to the scene to transport the injured to hospital.
At this time, diversions are not in place and the public are asked to avoid the area.
