Aggravated robber's identity wanted
Counties/Manukau Police investigating the aggravated robbery of a BNZ branch in Manukau yesterday at about 10.30am where the offender used a hoax bomb threat to ensure the area was cleared, want to hear from anyone who can help assist identify the offender
. The man who left the package fled the scene on foot. He was wearing a black wig, black jacket and light pants with white shoes and was described as a light skinned Maori or Polynesian.
Even though the bomb threat was a hoax it doesn't make the incident any less traumatic for those in the area who thought their lives were at risk.
