AOS Incident in Hastings

Police have cordoned streets in Hastings as Hawkes Bay Police attempt to locate an individual that they have been seeking.
The Armed Offenders' Squad and Police Negotiation Team have been called as a precaution.
Cordons are on Willowpark Road North; St Aubyn Street East; Princes Street; Riverslea Road North; Avenue Road East; Queen Street East and Heretaunga Street East.
Police will provide a more detailed statement once the operation is complete. Until that time Police will not be making a further statement.
