Christchurch Police are concerned for the welfare of Michael Ashley SNOW.
Mr Snow has not been seen since 29 December 2013 and he has not communicated with members of his family since.
He is described as: Part Maori aged 28 years, 170 centimetres in height and of medium build. He has tribal tattoos on
the right side of his neck.
