Congestion after fatal SH16 crash in central Auckland
The NZ Transport Agency is advising all drivers to avoid a section of State Highway 16 (SH16) in the central Auckland suburb of Parnell after a fatal crash this afternoon (7 January).
The crash involves a cyclist and a truck at the intersection of Parnell Rise and The Strand.
The Transport Agency says detours are in place, but congestion is heavy.  It advises all drivers to avoid the area until emergency services have cleared the scene.
