Sexual assault on Waiheke Island
Auckland Police have arrested and charged a 17-year-old Auckland man after a sexual assault that occurred on Waiheke
Island earlier this afternoon (23rd January 2013).
The Victim of the assault is a 30-year-old female tourist who was visiting Waiheke Island.
The person arrested will appear in the Auckland District Court charged with Aggravated Assault and Sexual Violation.
