Missing Wellington man may be in Christchurch
Wellington Police are concerned about the safety of a Wellington man who they believe may be in Christchurch.
Morton BROUGHTON hasn't been seen since Monday 26 November when he advised associates he was planning on a trip to the South Island.
Detective Senior Sergeant Donna Howard says "People that know Morton were and remain concerned for him.
"He has not touched his bank accounts or contacted anyone for over three weeks now.
"He is a 43-year-old Maori male who people may recognise by the tattoo of a red rose on the left side his neck", says Detective Senior Sergeant Howard.
Police would like to hear from Morton or anyone who might have seen him.
Anyone with information should contact Wellington Police on 04 381 2000 or provide information anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
