Stock Truck Crash
SH2 5kms north of Wairoa is blocked due to a stock truck crash. SH2 is likely to be closed for three to four hours.
Diversions will be put in place at Wairoa and the Waipaoa roundabout in Gisborne. Tiniroto Rd is the alternate route for
all motorists travelling between Wairoa and Gisborne.
The truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash which happened shortly before 10am. The two occupants are out of
the truck and only a minor injury was sustained.
Police are on scene at the crash and are working with contractors to get the road cleared.
