All you ever wanted to know about mental health but were too whakama – shy – to ask.
On Saturday 13th of October the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists is running a free event. The day will consist of a series of presentations given by experienced clinical psychologists. A range of topics will be discussed from common childhood mental health disorders, parenting strategies, stress and resilience, positive psychology, adult mood disorders and older persons mental health.
This is an opportunity to learn how a Clinical Psychologist can improve your mental health and wellbeing.
The day will begin at 10am and run till 4pm at Wellington City Library, Mezzanine Community Room.
