Muesli or toast with your Tukituki Choices?
Hawke’s Bay Regional Council will lead a discussion on its new document, Tukituki Choices, at an ‘Embracing Futures Thinking’ breakfast in Napier this Wednesday (19 September).
Tukituki Choices offers four different scenarios for land and water management in the Tukituki catchment, two with water storage and two without.
Hawke’s Bay Regional Council managers will give an overview of the options. Sam Robinson, Chairman of the Ruataniwha Water Storage Leadership Group, will also speak, along with Ruataniwha Water Storage Leadership Group member and Chairman of He Toa Takitini, Dr Roger Maaka.
The breakfast is being held on Wednesday 19 September from 7am until 8.45am at Napier’s War Memorial Centre. People who would like to be at this breakfast can register (for catering purposes) by contacting Sally Chandler at HBRC on 06 833 8075.
