Body Recovered at Lion Rock
At 2.45am the body of a 36 year old female was located at the base of Lion Rock, Piha by Police.
Information suggests that the female was climbing Lion Rock with friends when she fell to her death.
Police are not treating her death as suspicious.
The deceased's name is not being released until the next of kin are advised in Australia.
