Queenstown: Missing Man Located

Missing Man Located
Eighteen-year-old Queenstown man, Shin Takizawa, who was last seen on Tuesday (7 August) at Tarras about 4pm, has contacted Queenstown Police.
Mr Takizawa telephoned Queenstown Police this morning from Twizel where he has been staying in a motel.
On Wednesday night (8 August), Mr Takizawa's family and work colleagues had contacted Police with significant concerns about his well-being.
Mr Takizawa had telephoned Police today after they asked him to get in touch by phone, when he responded to an email they had sent him yesterday.
Sergeant Derek Ealson says local Twizel Police have met with Mr Takizawa today.
Queenstown Police thank members of the public who provided information to Police.
