Home Safety Expo at Jellie Park this Saturday
The Fendalton Waimairi Community Board is holding a Home Safety Expo at Jellie Park on Saturday.
The expo, housed opposite the Burnside High School on Greers Road, seeks to raise awareness of the importance of home security in the local community.
It will offer activities and information that will help residents make more informed and responsible decisions regarding the safety of their homes.
The expo will involve a variety of displays from the Christchurch City Council’s Graffiti Office and Safer Christchurch team, St Johns (promoting personal safety alarms), Civil Defence, Neighbourhood Support, security companies and the Police.
