Ladies only Martial Arts Launched on North Shore

Browns Bay, North Shore Full Time Professional Family Martial Art School – Choi Kwang Do (www.choi.co.nz) is delighted to announce the launch of a ladies only Martial Arts Program.

‘A special individual program for ladies and girls only, in their own private Dojahng will incorporate the Choi Kwang Do global syllabus with a special emphasis on practical self defence for ladies.’ Says School Owner and Chief Instructor Caroline Hazelden.

“You will become more confident and powerful by studying Choi Kwang Do. With greater strength, knowledge of martial arts techniques and improved flexibility you will develop extraordinary self defence skills. More importantly you will gain wisdom and the respect of others.” Says Caroline Hazelden.

“If you want to meet new and interesting people and if you can visualise yourself becoming a Black Belt in the Martial Arts; then now is the time to begin the journey.” Says Caroline Hazelden.

“I will personally teach you how to be in control of your mind, body and emotions with the intent, direction and skill to “take care of business.” You will never be a victim! You will learn highly effective and powerful self defence skills that will protect you and your family.” Says Caroline Hazelden

Commencing Mon 27 April and operating Mondays and Wednesdays from 0910am to 1010am bookings are essential.
