Police and Fire Service report a fire in the power plant at the Lynmall Shopping centre, 3058 Great North Road New Lynn.
Lynmall has been evacuated and cordons are in place around the mall. Police and Fire Service ask pedistrian and vehicle
traffic to keep away from the area for at least the following hour.
