The name of a 14 year old male who died while driving his family's car last night has been named by police. He was Jae Sik HEO, a student of Christchurch.
Hornby CIB and Serious Crash are investigating.
Jae Sik was driving his family's car when the vehicle collided with a wall in the Wigram area of Christchurch at about 23.45hrs last night, Wednesday 26th November 2008. He was the driver and sole occupant of the car.
Hornby CIB is making further enquiries and asks that anyone who saw the blue Honda Odyssey in the Wigram area between 10.30- 10.45pm last night to contact Detective Sergeant Mark Keane phone 34410697.
