SH20 Manukau Harbour Crossing
The NZ Transport Agency wishes to advise that, weather permitting, the following closures will take place on the Southwestern Motorway (SH20).
Closures will be in place for one or two nights between Sunday 14 September and Friday 19 September:
Rimu Road northbound on-ramp closed from 9pm until 5am for barrier movements.
Detour via Coronation Road to Coronation Road northbound on-ramp.
Rimu Road eastbound between Coronation Road roundabout and Mahunga Drive/Rimu Road off-ramp closed from 9pm until 5am for barrier movements.
Detour eastbound via Coronation Road to Walmsley Road and Mahunga Drive.
Rimu Road/Mahunga Drive westbound between Miro Road and Coronation Road roundabout closed from 9pm until 5am for barrier movement.
Detour eastbound via Mahunga Drive to Walmsley Road and Coronation Road.
Walmsley Road southbound off-ramp closed from 9pm until 5am for barrier movements.
Detour via Mahunga Drive/Rimu Road off-ramp to Mahunga Drive and Walmsley Road.
All motorway lanes southbound between Rimu Road overbridge and Walmsley Road interchange closed from 9pm until 5am for beam placement.
Detour via Mahunga Drive/Rimu Road southbound off-ramp to Mahunga Drive, Walmsley Road and Walmsley Road southbound on-ramp.
All motorway lanes northbound between Walmsley Road interchange and Rimu Road overbridge closed from 9:30pm until 5am for beam placement.
Detour via Coronation Road northbound off-ramp to Coronation Road, Rimu Road and Rimu Road northbound on-ramp.
Motorists are advised to follow the signposted detour routes.
The NZ Transport Agency regrets any inconvenience caused.
