Closing date extended for submissions on Draft Libraries 2025 Facilities Plan
Christchurch City Council has extended the closing date for submissions on the Draft Libraries 2025 Facilities Plan because of a technical error which has failed to record submissions lodged online.
Submissions will now close at 5pm on Sunday 8 June.
Christchurch City Libraries Manager Carolyn Robertson says a technical error was discovered with the setting of the system this week which records online submissions.
Submissions submitted online (http://library.christchurch.org.nz) before 26 May have not been recorded.
Mrs Robertson says the error is extremely regrettable and is urging those people who submitted online feedback to take the time during the next week to re-submit their submission.
“I apologise for the error and encourage everyone who submitted online to do so again. Your feedback is extremely valuable in this process.”
