Busway Traffic Bulletin: Saturday 12 –Friday 18 January
Transit New Zealand advises motorists of next week’s proposed closures for work on State Highway 1 for Northern Busway construction (weather permitting).
ONEWA RD
Sunday 13 January (contingency 14 - 17 January)
Onewa Rd northbound on and off-ramps closed overnight from 10pm until 5am the following morning for beam delivery and drainage.
* Sylvan Ave and Onewa Rd will be also closed
* Diversion via Esmonde Rd northbound ramps
Sunday 13 January (contingency 14 - 17 January)
Onewa Rd southbound on-ramp closed overnight from 10pm until 5am the following morning for beam delivery and drainage.
* Sylvan Ave and Onewa Rd will also be closed
* Diversion via Esmonde Rd southbound ramps
NORTHCOTE RD
Sunday 13 January (contingency 14 - 17 January)
One lane closed in both directions on Northcote Rd overnight from 10pm until 5am the following morning for sign installation.
CONSTELLATION DR
Sunday 13 January (contingency 14 - 17 January)
Constellation Dr southbound on-ramp closed overnight from 10pm until 5am the following morning for guardrail and barrier installation.
* Diversion via Tristram Ave southbound on-ramp
The above include contingency dates and diversion routes, which are subject to change. Work planned for adjacent junctions will be reviewed daily to ensure that no two consecutive overbridges or interchanges are closed at the same time, and the correct diversions are in place.
Road users are requested to use the signposted detours whilst the closures are in operation.
Transit New Zealand apologises for any inconvenience caused.
