The young woman at the centre of a police inquiry into an alleged sexual assault has withdrawn her complaint. Police thank all those members of the public who have contacted them and nominated suspects. Police will continue to follow up through those nominated suspects.
The young woman was allegedly attacked between the Christchurch District Court Building and the western side of Victoria Square between 10 and 10.30am on Thursday 1 November 2007.
