Support the Silver Ferns – use MAXX public transport
Netball fans can show their support and take the bus or train to the 2007 New World Netball World Championships from 10 to 17 November at The Trusts Stadium in Waitakere.
A great way to get to the netball is to jump on a bus or train to Henderson, and then catch the FREE shuttle bus from Henderson train station to The Trusts Stadium. The shuttle bus service, which is sponsored by Waitakere City Council, will operate between Henderson station (Railside Ave) and The Trusts Stadium (Central Park Drive) every 15 minutes.
Throughout the Netball World Championships, additional or extended services will be operating on the Western and Eastern rail lines, and there will be regular Stagecoach and Ritchies bus services to Henderson.
Netball fans are advised to check bus or train times carefully before travelling and allow plenty of time to get to the stadium in time for the game.
Passengers can get more information about public transport services to and from the 2007 New World Netball World Championships from MAXX on (09) 366 6400 or at www.maxx.co.nz
