27/11/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a woman with abdominal pain to Auckland City Hospital.
27/11/06 A male child was transferred from Tauranga Hospital to Starship Hospital.
28/11/06 The helicopter was tasked to Warkworth. Stood down enroute.
28/11/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to Cockle Bay. Stood down, not required.
30/11/06 The helicopter was tasked to Karekare Beach to two people swept offshore. Stood down, not required.
1/12/06 The helicopter transferred a newborn baby from Hastings to Starship Hospital.
1/12/06 After a motor vehicle accident a male was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
2/12/06 A male who had fallen from his motorcycle was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
2/12/06 The helicopter responded to Opoutere to a motorcycle accident. Unfortunately the male was not transported as he was deceased at the scene.
2/12/06 The helicopter responded to Karekare Beach to a person with a medical condition. Helicopter was not required to transport the patient.
2/12/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to Martins Bay to a diver. Stood down, not required.
3/12/06 A woman who had fallen from a horse was transported from Okura River to North Shore Hospital.
3/12/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to search for a person missing in the water at Lion Rock. Nothing found, returned to Mechanics Bay.
