31/10/06 After falling from a horse, a woman was transported from Matakana to Auckland City Hospital.
1/11/06 The helicopter was on standby for Great Barrier Island. Stood down, not required.
2/11/06 The helicopter responded to Motutapu Island and transported a male child with a severed finger to Starship Hospital.
3/11/06 A male with a medical condition was winched from a fishing trawler in Manukau Heads and transported to Auckland City Hospital.
3/11/06 The helicopter responded to Great Barrier Island and transported a male with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.
3/11/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to Muriwai Beach for a search. Nothing found, stood down.
