Police Investigate Glen Eden Double Shooting

Police are investigating a double shooting in the suburb of Glen Eden.
Police went to an address in Woodglen Road Glen Eden, just before noon, after reports of shots being fired inside a local residential property.
On arrival at the scene, Police located a 30 year old male with facial wounds caused by pellets fired from a shotgun. The victim is now in Auckland hospital. He has a serious eye injury, and medical specialists will operate later today.
A second victim, a 35 year old male is also at Auckland Hospital, and is being treated for similar wounds caused by a shotgun blast. This person was at the scene when the shooting took place. He is now under police guard at the hospital.
Police are seeking the whereabouts of a white falcon car with three male occupants. This vehicle left the scene minutes before Police arrived. The three occupants are now considered suspects in the shooting.
Police say investigations into this double shooting will continue tonight. Anyone with information about the incident can contact the Henderson CIB.
