Kawakawa & Hamilton Tickets Win $500,000 on Lotto First Division
Two lucky Lotto players who purchased their tickets in Kawakawa and Hamilton are $500,000 richer after winning Lotto First Division tonight, NZ Lotteries Chief Executive Todd McLeay said.
The tickets were sold by South City Video & Lotto in Hamilton and Kawakawa Mitre 10.
Strike was also struck this weekend, winning one lucky Lotto Strike player, who purchased their ticket at Pak N Save Lincoln Rd in Auckland, $607,936.
Lotto Powerball has jackpotted to an estimated $4 million for next week's draw.
Tonight's other big winner was Auckland man Dylan Russell, who spun and won $125,000 live on Lotto's Winning Wheel. Dylan is delighted with his win which will help him realise his dream of buying his first house.
All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto's Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy. Players can check their ticket at any lottery outlet.
Tonight's Winning Wheel ticket was sold by Paetiki Books & Stationery in Taupo. The serial number is 390-00543500-20XX.
