Uruguayan flag to fly on Auckland Harbour Bridge
The flag of Uruguay will fly from Auckland Harbour Bridge tomorrow, Friday 25 August, in recognition of the Uruguayan Independence Day. The flag will be flown from 6:30am until 6:30pm.
Transit considers requests from nations wanting to commemorate their country’s national days. Recently the Indonesian, Republic of Korea and Swiss flags have all flown on the bridge.
