Chinese Man Wanted

Auckland City Police want to know where 23 year-old Chinese male Yao LU, also known as Lok YAO, is.
He did not appear in the Auckland District Court when he was supposed to recently to face charges of Kidnapping and Assault so there is now a warrant out for his arrest.
He is known to spend a lot of time in casinos in the North and South islands.
He has straight black hair, is of thin build and stands about 174 cm tall. He is a Chinese national, possibly from the province of ChungHing in the South West but is known to have contacts in Nanning City, Guangxi.
