US flag to fly on Auckland Harbour Bridge
The flag of the United States of America will fly from Auckland Harbour Bridge tomorrow, Tuesday 4 July, in recognition of the United States Independence Day. The flag will be flown from 6:30am until 6:30pm.
Transit considers requests from nations wanting to commemorate their country’s national days. Recently the Canadian, Croatian and Icelandic flags have all flown on the bridge.
