Sylvia Park traffic on Southern Motorway – LATEST UPDATE
Transit New Zealand advises motorists that traffic has cleared significantly on the Southern Motorway in the vicinity of Mt Wellington and the Sylvia Park shopping centre.
Both the northbound and southbound off-ramps to Mt Wellington have been reopened, allowing a free flow of traffic on the motorway. Police continue to control entry to Sylvia Park, to alleviate potential queues and ensure steady traffic flows are maintained.
Transit thanks motorists for their co-operation. Any further information will be made available on electronic message signs and via live radio updates.
