Norwegian flag to fly on Auckland Harbour Bridge
The flag of Norway will fly from Auckland Harbour Bridge tomorrow, Wednesday 17 May, in recognition of the Norwegian National Day. The flag will be flown from 6:30am until 6:30pm.
Transit considers requests from nations wanting to commemorate their country’s national days. Recently the Israeli, European Union and Polish flags have all flown on the bridge.
