INTRODUCTION
Mr Cox, co author of the 2006 Demographia International Housing Affordability Survey www.demographia.com will be in
Australia 10 August until 10 September 2006 on an extensive all cities speaking tour.
Later - Mr Cox will be in New Zealand 4 October until 13 October 2006, with part of this visit as keynote speaker for
the New Zealand Resource Management Law Associations Annual Conference at Auckland "Pathways to Sustainability".
Mr Kotkin will be in Australia as one of the lead speakers at the Learning Cities Conference, Adelaide, South Australia
4 until 8 November and is available to speak in other cities throughout Australia and New Zealand for a limited period
following the Conference. this follows his most successful February 2006 tour of Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Details with respect to these visits and the people to communicate with, to discuss these speaking opportunities further
are set out below.
This is an excellent opportunity for those involved with urban issues, to learn of the latest global trends. There are
massive shifts occurring.
