Busway traffic bulletin: Saturday 28 January to Friday 3 February
Transit New Zealand advises motorists of proposed closures for work on the Northern Busway and Esmonde Interchange
upgrade over the next week.
Tuesday 31 January - CLOSED - overnight from 10pm until 5am Wednesday:
. All southbound motorway lanes closed between Northcote Rd off-ramp and Esmonde Rd on-ramp
. Northcote Rd on-ramp (SH1 southbound)
Wednesday 1 February- CLOSED - at night from 1am until 5am:
. Esmonde Rd off-ramp (SH1 northbound)
Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 February - CLOSED - overnight from 9pm until 5am the following morning:
. Tristram Ave on-ramp (SH1 southbound)
. Northcote Rd off-ramp (SH1 southbound)
Road users are requested to follow the signposted detours while the closures are in operation.
Transit New Zealand regrets any inconvenience caused.
In the event of inclement weather, the closures will be postponed to the next fine night.
