Busway traffic bulletin: Saturday 17 September until Friday 23 September
Transit New Zealand advises motorists of proposed closures for work on the Northern Busway and Esmonde Interchange
upgrade over the next week.
Sunday 18 & Tuesday 20 September 2005 - CLOSED - overnight from 10pm until 6am the following morning:
. All southbound lanes between Northcote Rd off-ramp and Esmonde Rd on-ramp closed
Monday 19 & Tuesday 20 September 2005 - CLOSED - overnight from 10.30pm until 6am the following morning:
. All northbound lanes between Esmonde Rd off-ramp and Northcote Rd on-ramp closed
Wednesday 21 & Thursday 22 September 2005 - CLOSED - overnight from 9pm until 6am the following morning:
. Esmonde Rd off-ramp (SH1 northbound)
. Akoranga Drive westbound link from Esmonde Rd off-ramp
. Akoranga Drive eastbound link to Esmonde Rd
. Esmonde Rd on-ramp (SH1 southbound)
Road users are requested to follow the signposted detours while the closures are in operation.
Slow down at roadworks to keep yourself and roadworkers safe.
Transit New Zealand regrets any inconvenience caused.
In the event of inclement weather, the closures will be postponed to the next fine night.
