Resource consent application lodged
for Barmy Army Headquarters
Auckland City Council has received a resource consent application for a temporary headquarters for the Barmy Army during the DHL NZ Lions Series.
The applicant, Elite Events Ltd, has proposed to host the event at the Viaduct Harbour Marine Village in Halsey Street.
Council consultants are currently reviewing the application and once sufficient information is received, a report will be prepared for independent planning commissioners to consider.
Any liquor and food licences required by the applicant are dependant on the outcome of the resource consent application.
